\nReturns\n<\/h2>

\nIn the case of a sales contract concluded by means of distance communication, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days.\n<\/p>

\nThe 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. In the case of goods delivered to a parcel locker or post office, the period therefore begins when the goods are actually collected, not when the arrival notification is received.\n<\/p>

\nTo withdraw from the contract, the consumer must submit an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to us within 14 days. The withdrawal statement may be sent by email to info@linanetekstiil.ee.\n<\/p>

\nAfter submitting the withdrawal statement, the goods must be returned no later than within 14 days.\n<\/p>

\nThe consumer has the right to examine and inspect the goods in the same manner as would normally be permitted in a physical store. If the goods have been used more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the consumer is responsible for any resulting reduction in value.\n<\/p>

\nThe direct costs related to returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless the reason for the return is that the goods do not conform to the contract.\n<\/p>

\nThe 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured or customised according to the consumer\u2019s individual specifications in such a way that they constitute a personalised made-to-order product.\n<\/p>

\nThe 14-day right of withdrawal applies, under the conditions provided by law, to fabric sold by the metre and cut from a roll to the length requested by the customer.\n<\/p>

\nThe existence or absence of the right of withdrawal does not limit the consumer\u2019s right to make a claim if the goods are defective or do not correspond to the order.\n<\/p>

\nIncorrect or Defective Goods\n<\/h2>

\nIf the goods delivered do not correspond to the order or have a defect, please notify us as soon as possible by email at info@linanetekstiil.ee.\n<\/p>

\nIn the case of a consumer sale, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from the date the goods were delivered to the consumer.\n<\/p>

\nThe consumer must notify the seller of the defect no later than within two months after becoming aware of it.\n<\/p>

\nIn the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to exercise the legal remedies provided by law. Depending on the circumstances, the consumer may, among other things, have the right to request repair or replacement of the goods, a reduction in price, or withdrawal from the contract under the conditions provided by law.\n<\/p>

\nThe necessary costs related to the return, repair or replacement of defective goods or goods that do not correspond to the order are borne by the seller in the cases provided by law.\n<\/p>

\nThis does not limit the consumer\u2019s rights if the quality, characteristics or appearance of the goods do not correspond to the order, product description or what the consumer may reasonably expect from such goods.\n<\/p>

\nRefunds\n<\/h2>

\nIn the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from the consumer under the contract, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the date on which we receive the withdrawal statement.\n<\/p>

\nIf the consumer has chosen a method of delivery that is more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, the seller is not required to reimburse the additional cost resulting from the more expensive delivery method.\n<\/p>

\nRefunds are generally made to the same bank account from which payment for the order was made, unless otherwise agreed with the consumer. The consumer will not incur any additional fees as a result of the refund.\n<\/p>
